When Daimler set out to produce the new C-Class Mercedes, they chose to transform their East London Plant with a state-of-the-art Bodyshop.
They entrusted ProjectWay with managing every stage of the upgrade — from detailed design coordination with the General Planner to construction, fit-out, commissioning, and seamless integration.
Our expertise extended across all critical systems: demolition of existing infrastructure, new building works, mechanical and electrical installations, conveyors, fire management, logistics, and more.
